Pacific Coast Home Solutions one-of-a-kind Concierge Service was developed for the purpose of delivering the highest level of client satisfaction and experience possible to each and every one of our customers. This unique service allows our customers to have instant access to our dedicated production staff to answer and resolve any questions or issues that may come up during the course of your project. 
Our Concierge Service Team is comprised of an Inside Production Representative and an Outside Production Manager, each of whom is well versed on the details of your project. They will remain intimately involved from beginning to end of the project. Here's a brief description of their roles:
The Inside Production Representative, located in our home office, will be available throughout the entire duration of your project to answer any questions, concerns, oversee production, and keep you fully informed on the status of your project. Your dedicated IPR phone number and email address will be provided should you need to contact them at any time.
The Outside Production Manager will perform a multi-point inspection at the end of production. This walk-thru ensures all quality control standards have been met and that your satisfaction has been exceeded. Any questions or concerns on the completed project will be happily addressed by the Outside Production Manager.
